Danielle Kogan Illustrations


Danielle Kogan graduated from the University of Vermont in 2024 after studying Animal Science with minors in Studio Art and Applied Design. She is originally from Huntingdon Valley, PA and aspires to have a career in medical illustration. Danielle has been fascinated by the world of animals, medicine, research, and art since she was young. She has done research in the Animal Model Core & Comparative Orthopedic Research Lab (CORL) at the University of Pennsylvania and plans on doing research about patient provider interactions with and without the use of medical illustration. She plans on going to graduate school to further her education.

Softwares programs Danielle uses for her illustrations include Procreate, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, and she has started to learn the basics of Maya, Blender, and Adobe Aero. Her physical works include art using graphite, charcoal, color pencils, conté crayons, ink, and acrylic.
